UL plays will play host to over 300 legal professionals from all over Europe this week as 39 teams from 20 countries travel to Ireland to play in the Eurolawyers World Cup. The football tournament which, in its current form, is in its 7th year, originates from the MUNDIAVOCAT, the World Football Cup for lawyers, first created in 1983 by the French lawyers Vincent Pinatel and Pierre Lusinchi.
Joey Sheahan, Head of Credit at MyMortgages.ie spoke of his decision to support Munster’s representation in the games – and to become the main sponsor of the Southern Law Association (SLA) team,
“While rugby has been the dominating force in my sporting world to date, I have a great appreciation for football and for what tournaments like these bring to the industries involved.
